Project design and UI/UX, once approved by the Client, will be considered final. Any modification requests post-approval will be treated as new requirements and will incur additional charges.
In case the Company is unable to proceed with the project due to internal reasons, the refund process will be governed as per our Refund Policy
Upon full and final payment, the complete source code will be handed over to the Client. The Client retains full ownership and has complete discretion over its usage, management, or future modifications.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project-related information. Any sensitive data, communication, or intellectual material exchanged during the project shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any breach, unauthorized access, or misconduct caused by third parties, external individuals, or employees acting beyond the scope of their authorized duties or without proper authorization, and in circumstances that are beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
The project may involve third-party services such as hosting, APIs, or external tools. Any changes in pricing, service terms, or performance by these providers are beyond our control. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company is not responsible for such variations.
The Client will be regularly updated regarding project progress. All official communication will be conducted through email, messages, calls, or scheduled meetings, as deemed necessary to ensure transparency and smooth execution of the project.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, credentials, and feedback required for the project within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 3–5 business days unless otherwise agreed). Any delay in providing required information may result in a corresponding extension of the project timeline.
The Company provides a 6-month complimentary maintenance and support period starting from the date of final delivery. This includes fixing functional bugs, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth performance of the delivered product. Any requests for new features, major enhancements, or design changes beyond the original scope will be treated as additional work and billed accordingly.
Upon project delivery, the Client shall be provided a reasonable timeframe for testing and review, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Any feedback, issue reports, or revision requests must be communicated within this agreed period. In the absence of such communication, the project will be deemed accepted, and the final payment shall become due.
The Company reserves the right to display the completed project, including visuals, descriptions, and links, in its professional portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. This right is waived only if a prior Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) explicitly restricts such usage.
